Customers are now able to change their flights without incurring additional fees or fare differences if they opt for new travel dates as far out as January 20. Similarly, Southwest Airlines has responded by allowing passengers to rebook flights without charge within a 14-day window and has extended this flexibility to include alternative destinations within California, such as Palm Springs and San Diego.
